These Terms govern your use of ZapM3 rental services at zapm3.com, including vehicle reservations, the renter portal, and related communications.
You must be legally able to rent and drive the vehicle under applicable law and Tesla account requirements. You authenticate with your Tesla account. You are responsible for activity under that account.
A reservation holds a vehicle for your selected window subject to availability, vehicle readiness, and ZapM3 acceptance. Rates, FSD vs non-FSD mileage billing, and fees are disclosed at booking and on your receipt. You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including collisions and misuse, as described in our rental disclaimer.
Access may be granted via Tesla share invite, app commands, or other methods ZapM3 provides. Access is revoked at rental end or cancellation. You must not share access credentials with unauthorized persons.
If you opt in, ZapM3 may send automated SMS about your rental (confirmation, pickup/access instructions, reminders, and time-sensitive trip updates). Message frequency is infrequent — only when important rental information needs to be communicated. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent to SMS is not a condition of rental, but without SMS you may miss time-sensitive access instructions.

No illegal use, racing, commercial sublease, tampering with vehicle systems, or attempts to bypass ZapM3 or Tesla security controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapM3 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You remain responsible for the vehicle and for complying with traffic and Tesla Autopilot/FSD rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
